My earlier code projects were built the hard way. In spring 2026 I started using LLM-assisted development, drawing on the software design experience I've built over my career, and shipping much faster.
The process hasn't changed. Each project still starts with research, references, and a design document covering requirements, acceptance criteria, and test plans, before implementation begins.
